Working along side our Environmental team

More than just a job:
This is a work-based Apprenticeship working alongside an experienced Environmental team. You will be guided day-to-day on tasks set out by your supervisors. Full training will be given on use of all equipment essential for this role. Full uniform and PPE will also be provided.
A bit about us:
Holyhead Town Council is the largest Town Council on the isle of Anglesey.
We employee 26 team members with an annual budget of £1.2m.
As a Town Council we are responsible for several external contracts as well as maintenance of all the town’s parks, bus shelters and various other locations within the town.

Skills
To be reliable as you will be an important part of a small team. Your colleagues will depend upon you to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.
- A bit of flexibility when it comes to your shifts.
- Ensure that all work set by our apprenticeship provider is completed on time and to the best of your ability.
Qualifications
You will need:
- GCSE pass grade in both Maths and English.
- A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
- A drive to succeed and a good work ethic.
